The Story of Hattem
Starting location: Parking lot
In the early morning of September 5, 1786, Herman Willem Daendels prowls the streets of Hattem. At every street corner he stops for a moment to see if soldiers are patrolling. The past few days have been very restless in the Hanseatic city. Herman has the greatest difficulty with the decisions of Stadholder William V and shows it clearly. But he had better not have done so....
The stadholder, also called The Prince, was so fed up with the troublemaker that he sent General Spengler and his troops to Hattem. Without too much trouble, the general captured the town. And now he is targeting Herman. Herman has to get the hell out of there. Fortunately, the troublemaker has heard of Hattem's secret exit. But where can he find it?
