Over Escape Tour delft
William of Orange, Father of the Fatherland, made a switch in faith from Catholic to Protestant in 1584. Balthasar was incredibly angry and disappointed, so he decided to travel to Delft, the residence of William of Orange. He absolutely had to (or was determined to) speak to him!
Balthasar came up with a plan to get close to the well-guarded William of Orange. And sure enough, Balthasar succeeded, after which he immediately started a fierce discussion with him. The argument got so out of hand that Balthasar did something terrible. He had to flee quickly before anyone found out. His only way out was the secret exit of Delft!
